Key Features

SMOOTHER PREP WITH QUICK TOUCH-UPS: Keep everyday kitchen knives feeling responsive between full sharpening sessions. This 10 inch honing steel helps realign lightly rolled edges, so slicing tomatoes, vegetables, and meat feels smoother with less dragging.
STEADY CONTACT, CONTROLLED HONING: This high carbon sharpening steel features a 0.51 inch round rod with fine longitudinal grooves for consistent blade contact. Its substantial diameter and 10 inch working length balance reach with control for daily kitchen use.
CONFIDENT GRIP WITH A HAND GUARD: The contoured 1.3 inch wide walnut wood handle gives your hand a substantial, comfortable hold. A metal guard adds separation between the blade and your gripping hand, while the round profile works naturally from either side.
MAGNETIC TIP FOR CLEANER CARE: The magnetic tip helps collect fine ferrous particles near the rod after honing. Wipe it with the included cloth, dry the carbon steel thoroughly, and hang it by the metal ring or return it to the black storage box.
READY TO STORE OR GIFT: The metal hanging ring keeps the honing rod within easy reach, while the black presentation box and included cleaning cloth create a polished set for home cooks and cooking enthusiasts. For compatible straight-edge steel knives only; not for ceramic or serrated blades.
