Key Features

Complete 12-Piece Commercial Set - Includes 6 professional-grade Full Size (18" x 26") sheet pans and 6 matching NSF-listed snap-on covers. Designed exclusively for commercial ovens and racks, the covers snap firmly onto the pans to protect large batches of food from dust and airborne contaminants during transport or storage in walk-in coolers.
Commercial Dishwasher Safe - Built for high-volume operations, this entire 12-piece set is fully dishwasher safe. Save significant labor costs by running both the pans and lids through your commercial conveyor or door-type dishwasher for efficient sanitization. The heavy-duty aluminum construction serves as a reliable, hygienic workhorse cycle after cycle.
Heavy-Duty Construction & NSF Certified - The pans feature a reinforced wire rim to prevent warping under high heat, while the translucent covers are made from food-grade, BPA-Free polypropylene. The covers are NSF Certified, meeting strict health code requirements for restaurants, bakeries, and catering services.
Space-Saving Nesting & Stacking Design - Maximize your kitchen's vertical storage. When in use, the flat-top covers allow you to stablely stack multiple filled pans on proofing racks or in walk-ins. When not in use, the tapered aluminum pans and covers individually nest together compactly, drastically reducing the storage footprint in your equipment area.
Professional Oven-to-Storage Workflow - Optimize your bakery's production flow. Bake dozens of pastries at once (pans only), allow to cool, then snap on the lid for protected transport to events or storage. The clear visibility allows staff to quickly identify inventory in busy environments without lifting the lid. Note: Please check oven size compatibility; fits standard commercial racks.
