TWO PANS THAT COVER THE WEEK — An 8-inch for eggs, fish and one-person meals and an 11-inch for family portions and anything that needs room to brown. Both uncoated pre-seasoned carbon steel, made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, or PFOA.
ACACIA WOOD HANDLES, LIGHTER IN THE HAND — Carbon steel gives you cast iron’s searing power at roughly half the weight, and the acacia handles stay cool on the stovetop so both pans stay easy to lift, tilt and toss.
THE END OF REPLACING NONSTICK — There is no coating on either pan to scratch, chip or wear out. The slick surface is a seasoning layer you build by cooking, and unlike a coating it improves with age instead of degrading. Works on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction.
STOVETOP PANS, CARED FOR SIMPLY — The acacia wood handles are not oven safe, so keep these pans on the cooktop. Cook with a little oil, hand wash without soaking, dry immediately, and wipe on a light coat of oil. Metal utensils are safe on the uncoated surface.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
