• This coffee carafe has a capacity of 85 Oz(2.5L). Tiken vacuum insulation technology locks in temperature to preserve flavour and freshness, that keeps the temperature above 173.7°F at 12 hrs (assuming a starting temperature of 203°F, a room temperature of 68 °F and water left untouched throughout the duration of the test). Pls note test results will vary depending on beverage starting temperature and how full the carafe is.
• Our double walled coffee maker thermal carafe is made up of a durable 18/8 (304) stainless steel interior and exterior, features a non-slip silicone base. It is durable, reusable, easy to clean, and ideal for home or office.
• Groove spout and inner dual silicon rings are available, which avoid leaking when pouring water. Our leak-proof lid is designed with a new insulated and air-tight construction, always locks in the correct place when closing. Even with a slight tilt, the thermal carafe pitcher will not leak one single drip.
• Our thermal coffee carafe uses a Press-down opening/closing mechanism. Pouring easily with push button ease, making one-handed pouring of the carafe simple.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
