This butter slicer cutter is designed to portion one stick of butter into more even pieces in a single press. The 17 wire design helps create uniform butter portions for baking prep, cooking, toast, serving, and everyday kitchen use. To make the set more practical, it also includes 50 separator sheets. After slicing, you can use the sheets to help separate butter portions for storage, serving, or ingredient prep. This gives you a more organized way to handle butter while reducing sticking during transfer and setup. The cutter is made with a zinc aluminum die cast body and 304 stainless steel wires for repeated kitchen use. It measures about 7.68 x 2.56 x 0.79 inches, while each paper sheet measures about 4.33 x 4.33 inches. For best results, place one stick of butter into the cutter and press down evenly. If the butter is very cold, let it soften slightly first to make cutting easier. This tool can also be used on other softer solid foods such as soft cheese, eggs, and some fruits or vegetables, depending on firmness. Rinse after use and hand wash to help protect the wire assembly.
