Key Features

LARGE 17 QT CALDERO POT – COOKS UP TO 47 CUPS OF RICE: Built for high-volume cooking, this spacious cast aluminum cooking pot is ideal for restaurants, catering, events, large gatherings, and big family meals. Its 17 QT / 16L capacity provides plenty of room for rice, beans, soups, stews, meats, sauces, and other large-batch recipes.
FAST & EVEN HEATING WITH CAST ALUMINUM: Durable cast aluminum distributes heat quickly and evenly across the pot for consistent results when preparing large quantities of food. The sturdy construction provides dependable everyday performance while remaining easier to handle than similarly sized cast iron cookware.
MADE FOR LARGE-BATCH & MULTI-PURPOSE COOKING: Prepare generous portions of rice, beans, soups, stews, sauces, meats, seafood, and one-pot meals in a single vessel. Ideal for simmering, boiling, braising, and meal prep when standard household pots simply don't provide enough capacity.
DEEP DESIGN FOR FRYING & HIGH-VOLUME MEALS: The deep cooking profile provides generous room for frying chicken, potatoes, plantains, and other favorites while helping contain oil splatter. Use it for traditional Latin recipes, large family gatherings, catering menus, and demanding food preparation.
SECURE HANDLING & VERSATILE STOVETOP USE: Designed with sturdy ergonomic handles, a fitted lid, a heat-resistant lid knob, and a stable base for greater control when cooking large quantities. Compatible with gas, electric, and glass-ceramic stovetops; not compatible with induction.
MADE IN COLOMBIA – BUILT TO LAST: Proudly made in Colombia from durable cast aluminum for dependable performance through frequent family or professional use. Easy to maintain and backed by a 10-year warranty for long-lasting confidence in the kitchen.
