Key Features

TWELVE BLADES, A HAND-MADE MANCHURIAN ASH BLOCK, AND THE COMPLETE GLADIATOR KITCHEN: Chef knife, bread knife, santoku, utility knife, paring knife, steak knives, and honing rod — all in the Gladiator ELITE build with white handles, housed in a hand-crafted Manchurian Ash wood block. The complete light-kitchen knife setup in a single gift.
THE MANCHURIAN ASH BLOCK — WHY IT'S NOT JUST ANOTHER KNIFE BLOCK: Manchurian Ash is a premium hardwood — dense, tight-grained, and distinctive in color and pattern. The block is hand-made, not injection-molded or assembled from composite. It holds all twelve slots securely, displays the white-handled Gladiator knives at a consistent angle, and sits on the counter as a piece of craftsmanship rather than storage furniture.
NSF CERTIFIED — THE FOOD-SAFETY STANDARD PROFESSIONAL KITCHENS REQUIRE: NSF certification means every knife in this set has been independently verified to meet commercial food-safety standards — materials, finish, and construction evaluated for safe use in food-contact environments. Most home knife sets don't carry NSF certification; this one does. The set for the home cook who applies professional standards.
FOR THE LIGHT KITCHEN BUILD THAT GOES ALL THE WAY: White handles, ash wood block, mirror-polished Gladiator steel — the complete aesthetic for marble countertops, white cabinetry, and kitchens where every element is chosen. The 12-piece format covers every daily cooking task without filler knives that don't earn their slot.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT ON ALL TWELVE KNIVES, GIFT-READY: The housewarming and wedding registry gift that solves the kitchen knife problem completely. All twelve knives covered by Dalstrong's customer support. Maintain all edges on the Dalstrong Whetstone Set (B07KKQHKMV) or the Hornet sharpener (B0CZ2TJ6NV) for daily touchups.
