USE AND CARE: Our flatware is dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted. Use a mild, non-abrasive cleanser that does not contain citrus, chlorine, alcohol or perfume. Avoid prolonged contact with tea, coffee, vinegar and salt which can stain, pit and erode your silverware. We recommend loading forks and spoons with their handles down, tines and bowls up. Knives should be placed in a separate basket with sharp ends down. Avoid hot air drying. Dry flatware immediately after washing with a soft towel.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
