Key Features

  • EXTRA LARGE 27.7 QT CALDERO POT – UP TO 75 CUPS OF RICE: The largest caldero in the Universal family is built for serious high-volume cooking. Its massive 27.7 QT / 26.6L capacity is ideal for restaurants, catering, events, commercial kitchens, and very large gatherings where standard cooking pots simply aren't enough.
  • FAST & EVEN HEATING WITH CAST ALUMINUM: Durable cast aluminum distributes heat quickly and evenly across the large cooking surface for consistent results when preparing high volumes of food. Its sturdy construction delivers dependable performance while remaining easier to handle than similarly sized cast iron cookware.
  • BUILT FOR LARGE-BATCH & COMMERCIAL COOKING: Prepare generous quantities of rice, beans, soups, stews, sauces, meats, seafood, and one-pot meals in fewer batches. Ideal for restaurant service, catering menus, celebrations, community events, food preparation, and other high-volume cooking needs.
  • DEEP DESIGN FOR FRYING & HIGH-VOLUME MEALS: The extra-deep cooking profile provides generous space for frying chicken, potatoes, plantains, and other foods while helping contain oil splatter. Ideal for traditional Latin recipes, large celebrations, catering operations, and food-service preparation.
  • SECURE HANDLING FOR LARGE-SCALE COOKING: Designed with sturdy ergonomic handles, a fitted lid, a heat-resistant lid knob, and a stable base for greater control when cooking large quantities. Compatible with gas, electric, and glass-ceramic stovetops; not compatible with induction. Due to its extra-large size, verify your cooking surface dimensions before purchase.
  • MADE IN COLOMBIA – BUILT TO LAST: Proudly made in Colombia from durable cast aluminum for dependable performance through frequent professional or large-family use. Easy to maintain and backed by a 10-year warranty for long-lasting confidence in demanding kitchens.
